Chat is for direct questions and conversation. Work adds project-oriented starters and tools for briefs, planning and document review; both modes use the same BrandLAB chat service and account allowance.
Switching modes does not change the AI provider or make the service an autonomous worker. A request only starts when you send it. The selected mode is saved in this browser.
