Managed text requests reserve an estimated amount before dispatch. Billing & usage shows available spend and pending reservations when the account service can retrieve them.
A failed request can still incur provider cost. Where usage cannot be measured, a reservation can remain pending for reconciliation even if a customer message allowance is restored.
If a reservation remains unresolved, contact support with the approximate time, model and displayed status. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same paid request while its outcome is uncertain.
