The Creative Production presets page states that its video, imagery and 3D rendering backends are not yet connected. Its listed presets describe requirements; selecting one does not generate an asset.
This limitation concerns the Creative Production presets page, not every BrandLAB feature. AI Chat has separate image-generation and video-job flows whose availability depends on account entitlement, provider configuration and the controls displayed.
Never promise a rendered result from a preset or text response alone. Confirm that the relevant feature is available and that a valid asset has actually been generated before delivery.
