Request a data export in ChatGPT, download and unzip it, then sign in to BrandLAB and choose the conversations.json file under Import ChatGPT history. ZIP files and HTML exports are not accepted; the JSON file limit is 20 MiB.
Review the preview and confirm only if you own the export. Import reads the file in your browser and saves supported conversation text to this browser's BrandLAB history. It does not transfer accounts, subscriptions, provider credits, attachments or credentials.
