Video uses a separate prepaid wallet and a quote based on the selected settings. The current video flow accepts eligible top-ups from US$10 to US$100 and requires an extra confirmation for US$100.
Review the amount and currency at checkout. Subscription text allowance and the general AI spend wallet are not the same as video credits, and no automatic top-up should be assumed.
If payment or checkout status is unclear, check the existing checkout and contact support before starting another purchase. Never send payment-card details or verification codes.
